About Change Ltd is based in Windsor, Berkshire and specialises in designing, developing and delivering innovative fun ways to take part in bespoke training programmes for business. These can be based on a number of subjects including; the wishes of the clients, identified issues to be addressed, length of time available, the most effect learning manner, delegate ability, and number to be trained using the available budget.
There is also a full range of off the shelf courses to support companies and staff development, and all the programmes are carefully evaluated from the viewpoint of; the delegate, the trainer, the business and the longer term positive changes to the business.
Clients are interested in the actual positive changes in the business as a result of their investment and that is how the courses are rated. All the delegates work towards their own 'commitment to action' plans upon completing their training, so they can determine what changes they are going to make upon returning to the workplace.
